Upcoming Deadlines &
Finishing Strong!

It’s time for those year-end deadlines again. We have had had a lot of changes here at the office, so we pray and hope you understand that this year’s deadlines will be a little different.

Unfortunately we lost Donna our co-worker on September 5th after finding out just weeks before that she had a very aggressive form of cancer. So as of right now Jenn is in the in the office 3 days a week (M-W), and Marie, who has been fighting breast cancer, like a champ we might add, is in and out during the week, with doctor’s appointments and lab work, and chemo.

So we appreciate your understanding and patience as our busiest part of the year is VERY quickly approaching. We do have some extra help a couple days a week, and we are so thankful for that.

Deadlines for a Thanksgiving Letter

If you want it mailed (not delivered we can’t control that) before Thanksgiving then it needs to be in our hands by the end of the 1st week of November, hopefully no later than the 3rd, but at least by the 5th. Please keep in mind we are only in the office the Monday and Tuesday of the week of Thanksgiving.

Deadlines for a Christmas Letter

The Post Office is saying “December 15” as a deadline for mailing if you want delivery before Christmas. With that in mind, if you want your letter delivered before Christmas, then it will need to be here no later than Nov. 15th so we can mail by Dec. 15th. We know that is super early but with only 2 people in the office working most days we will need that extra time to get things out. If you want your letters mailed by or before the 22nd , we will need those in here the first week of December.

As always, everything will be worked and mailed as soon as possible, but if you want a certain date and a chance to get
Christmas letters in the hands of your supporters before Christmas, this is your best opportunity to do so. We don’t like to mail anything between Christmas and New Year’s as entire mailings have been lost in years past!

Again we know this is extremely different than what you are used to and we apologize for the short notice, but we have been quite busy due to being short-handed and time kind of got away from us. If you have any questions please just let us know.
